Reflexology is an ancient healing therapy which stimulates the body’s natural ability to heal itself through the application of hand and finger pressure on specific reflex points of the foot, hand or ear. It is a natural, gentle, non invasive therapy suitable for all ages. It can help:

Reiki
Reiki (Ray-key) is a combination of two Japanese words, rei and ki meaning universal life energy. Reiki is a Japanese form of stress reduction and relaxation that helps promote healing. It is done by the laying-on of hands. A subtle energy flows from the hands of the practitioner into client, it is this energy that creates the relaxation and healing effect.
This healing tradition was founded by Dr Makao Usui in the early 20th century and evolved as a result of his research, experience and dedication. Benefits reported by clients include:

Mindfulness
Mindfulness is not just a new fad. Its roots can be traced back to Buddhist traditions 2,500 years ago. The teaching of Mindfulness in the Western world became more established in the 1970s, and it has grown in popularity in business, education and healthcare.
Paying more attention to the present moment, to your thoughts, feelings and the world around you can improve your mental wellbeing.
This attention and awareness is called “mindfulness”. It is a skill that can be learned. It can help you enjoy life more and help you understand yourself better. Being more aware moment by moment allows you to:
• Help identify our thoughts and feelings
• Get out of our head and switch out of “autopilot”
• Not get caught up in brooding on past worries/events or worrying about future problems
• Not become overwhelmed by our thoughts and feelings and manage them better
• Recognise early signs or stress or anxiety
• Boost your focus and concentration
Mindfulness training is offered in:
• 1 to 1 one sessions
• Workshops
• Corporate Health and Wellbeing programmes.
This service will be coming soon.
Due to the COVID 19 epidemic I have been unable to complete the Mindfulness teacher training. I will update the website as soon as this service becomes available.

People of all ages and backgrounds use life coaches. A life coach is similar to a business coach in that they help you focus on where you are now and where you want to be. Working with a life coach can help you excel in a particular area of your life and at a much faster rate than if you were just working on your own.

• Identifying limiting beliefs-what is stopping my success?
• Creating work/life balance
• Handling stress
• Improving communication skills

• Getting a promotion

I offer a free one hour free initial consultation for both potential business and life coaching clients. With the clients agreement I then put together a proposal for their coaching programme. On acceptance of the proposal the work can then commence.

Louise L Hay’s book You Can Heal Your Life became a best seller the 1980’s. The philosophies and strategies she writes about in the book have helped transform and create positive changes in many people’s lives all over the world. My personal interest in her work grew when many years ago I was faced with a life threatening illness,I used her strategies to self heal and gain my health back.
The premise of her work is that the way we look at ourselves and our thought patterns influence our life experience and health. She advocates that when we truly learn to love ourselves we can improve all areas of our lives.
